The challenge
Together with NordHolding, the goal was to identify and operationally build a second pillar for the construction-site monitoring company LivEye, unlocking a new digital growth field — positioning LivEye as a pioneer in digitalizing a traditionally minded security industry and securing long-term growth and market leadership.
The solution
By transferring existing assets and technologies into industrial use, we established NSTR.security — a “Security-as-a-Service” business model in an emerging market. A three-person Bridgemaker team ran the operational build-up of this second pillar — powered by a data-driven sales and lead-gen engine that turned it into a growth driver.
