Tautiom Innovation

New business ideas. Validated before you build.

A hundred ideas for your search field, tested against market and customers, three business models for your steering committee.

Starting point

From idea to sign-off: where innovation fails today.

Ideas without market proof

Trend studies take weeks before the first idea is on the table

You end up with a deck, but no proof that anyone would buy

Too few ideas, committed too early

One of three workshop ideas gets picked, nobody knows what lay outside the room

The choice happens before the solution space has been explored at all

Gut feeling decides

Without customer feedback the loudest voice in the room wins, not the strongest business model

The steering committee gets opinions and still has to release budget

Expensive prototypes, tested too late

Building starts after sign-off, the first user test sits months behind the idea

If the market says no, the MVP budget is already spent

Sound familiar? Tell us where your ideas get stuck.

Start with your search field

We turn your search field into business models ready for a decision.

You bring the context: where you want to grow, what must not happen, what only your company can do. We structure the innovation space from it, generate and score ideas and test the best ones against customers before you build. The AI engine behind it is called Tautiom.

Result

This is what lands on the table.

Three business models, behind them a hundred scored ideas and the tests that confirmed them.

Sharpen the search field

First we work out where searching pays off and where it does not.

Five trends that matter to you

Out of 40 scanned trends, the ones that fit your goals remain. You get a ranking with reasoning instead of an 80-page study.

Every field gets a score from market attractiveness and fit to your unfair advantages. You see where your company starts with an advantage.

Market analysis

Opportunities and risks per field

Market size, competition, regulation and customer needs, every statement with its source. That is the basis you decide on in the prioritisation workshop.

Test in the market

Before you ask anyone whether they would buy, we know which questions are worth asking.

Virtual pitches, 3 personas from market research and milieu data
Katrin, 47Head of sales, 200 km a day

“I'll pay for a calm ride. But not as a subscription, as a package per trip.”

Deniz, 36Fleet manager

“I buy safety features for the whole fleet or not at all. Unlocking them one by one is too fiddly.”

Synthetic personas

Feedback before the interviews

Your idea gets pitched to personas built from real milieu and market data. That pre-sorts which hypotheses are worth a test with real users.

Hypothesis matrix, 15 hypotheses
  • H5 Surcharge of 10 to 20 % accepted2 of 3 personas confirmConfirmed
  • H7 Monthly subscription preferredThe per-trip package wins 3 out of 3Rejected

  • H12 Fleet bundleThe B2B persona wants the full packageConfirmed
Hypothesis matrix

Confirmed, rejected, open

The feedback lands structured in a matrix. What fails costs you no interview slot, what stays open goes into the validation sprint.

Evidence for the steering committee

At the end there is a report with numbers on demand, price reaction and segment. With it you defend the investment case or stop in time and save the MVP budget.

Demo run

We open your search field once, free of charge.

You name a search field, we run Tautiom on it and show you the first megatrends, innovation fields and ideas in one meeting.

Tell us where you want to grow. We come back within two working days with a date.

Rather talk first? We look at your search field together and tell you what a sprint would bring there.

15 minutes, with a partner.

How we work

We deliver validated business models, not a tool login.

Bridgemaker runs the sprint, facilitates the workshops and stands behind the result. Tautiom is the AI engine behind it. If your team wants to carry on alone afterwards, it gets access once the first sprint has shown what comes out of it.

Less wasted investment

Ideas fail before they cost budget. What gets built has already shown demand and price reaction.

Faster decisions

A month passes from search field to three pitches. Your team invests around five hours.

Evidence that holds

Lean canvas, hypothesis matrix, leads and click rates. The steering committee decides on numbers.

Our approach

How it gets into your company.

Three steps, each with a clear result. Before them sits a free demo run on your search field.

014 weeks

Innovation sprint

From the search field to three worked-out business model pitches.

  • Kickoff: search fields, guardrails, unfair advantages
  • AI analysis, longlist of 100 ideas, interim review
  • Prioritisation workshop and selection of the top 3
  • Pitch with persona, market and lean canvas
028 weeks

Validation sprint

Test the best idea against real users before anything gets built.

  • Click prototype, landing pages, ad variants
  • Interviews and quantitative tests
  • Iteration of prototype and messaging

The result: a go/no-go report with demand and pricing data.

03after that, optional

Keep going

For teams that open their own search fields regularly.

  • Several sprints a year with Bridgemaker
  • Your own Tautiom access for first validation in the team
  • Onboarding and sparring from us

Your time

Around five hours in the innovation sprint, spread over three meetings.

Your data

EU hosting, NDA before we start, model inventory for your IT, deletion policy agreed.

Your entry point

A free demo run on your search field. We name the terms afterwards.

FAQ

What you probably still want to know.

How is this different from ChatGPT with a good prompt?

A chat gives you prose. We give you one continuous process in which the results build on each other: your goals steer the trend selection, the trends the search fields, the search fields the ideas, the ideas the tests. At the end you have a lean canvas, a hypothesis matrix, a prototype and a report. And the personas are built from market research and milieu data, not from a role in a prompt.

How reliable is feedback from synthetic personas?

It does not replace real customer interviews. It pre-sorts which hypotheses are worth a test with real users and which fail before that. In the validation sprint we check the remaining hypotheses with interviews, landing pages and ad tests against real user behaviour.

Do we have to roll out software?

No. During the sprint we work with Tautiom and you get results. If your team wants to open search fields regularly afterwards, we set up access and onboard you. That is an option after the first sprint, not a precondition.

Where does our data go and how safe is it?

Tautiom runs in the EU. Before we start we sign an NDA, share an inventory of the AI models and providers in use with your IT and agree retention and deletion periods. For regulated industries we align the process with your responsible AI policy.

How does working together start?

With a free demo run. You name a search field, we run Tautiom on it beforehand and show you the first megatrends, innovation fields and ideas in one meeting. No contract, no preparation on your side. Then you decide: sprint, validation or first a conversation with an existing client.

What does it cost?

The demo run costs nothing. Everything after that depends on scope: innovation sprint, validation sprint or ongoing work together. We name the terms after the demo run, together with a recommendation on which entry point makes sense for your team.
