The challenge
The previously manual and time-consuming process of selecting and ordering hoses from suppliers resulted in significant inefficiencies. There was a lack of a central digital platform that could have provided suppliers with an efficient overview and optimized consulting capabilities. This gap led to increased effort in advising and processing orders, negatively impacting operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
The previously manual and time-consuming process of selecting and ordering hoses from suppliers resulted in significant inefficiencies. There was a lack of a central digital platform that could have provided suppliers with an efficient overview and optimized consulting capabilities. This gap led to increased effort in advising and processing orders, negatively impacting operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.


The solution
Our solution consists of three digital modules: the HoseFinder for efficient product selection, the HoseFix for easy reordering, and maintenance management, along with an integrated eCommerce platform. These modules comprehensively automate the ordering process and optimize the advisory capabilities of retailers. They significantly improve customer service and increase operational efficiency by simplifying and cost-effectively managing the entire ordering and maintenance cycle.
