Annual Review 2023

This year has been a challenging year for us. Advancing the Bridgemaker transformation to meet the needs of the market, those of our partner entrepreneurs, and our own ambitions has been demanding — in a positive way. Therefore, I am filled with tremendous pride and gratitude for what we have achieved together as a team. 💪💜

New talents, new learnings, new momentum:

2023 was marked by new faces that have enriched our journey at Bridgemaker. In addition, we have built upon various new learnings and skills within the existing team. Every team member has contributed to our vision with fresh ideas and tireless commitment to strengthen the future viability of our small and medium-sized enterprises in the DACH region. You are the heart of our success! 🫶

International expansion:

Particular highlights of this year included the collaboration with the Cariplo Factory in Italy as well as the jointly achieved milestones with Ricola in Switzerland. These partnerships symbolize our constant path towards global networking and innovation. 🇨🇭🇮🇹

Bridgemaker Venture Studios and AI Masterclasses:

With the launch of our new Venture Studio approach, we have taken another step to thematically bring together several partners and invest together in a sort of micro-fund structure. And of course, AI – our new formats like “Use-Case Workshops” and masterclasses showcase how passionately we are working to expand the boundaries of what is possible. 🤖

Our office as a knowledge and event hub:

Our office on Linienstraße has established itself as a center for inspiring encounters and events. From the “Future Food” event, GenAI with Lightspeed, to the roundtable on mobility and logistics – we are proud to be a creative place for exchange and inspiration. 🌟

7 years of Bridgemaker:

None of this would have been possible without you – I am incredibly grateful for the trust of our partners and immensely proud of the fantastic Bridgemaker team. Your commitment, courage, and passion are the pillars upon which we can continue to grow together in the future. 💜 I wish you and your families a magical Christmas season.
